0 引言
??隨著數(shu)字化技術的(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)發展,越來越多(duo)新型、智(zhi)能的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)設備(bei)(bei)涌入了(le)人(ren)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)生活(huo),但是各種設備(bei)(bei)引起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁干(gan)擾問題(ti)也(ye)隨之而來,例如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)突變、頻(pin)率偏差等,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不平(ping)衡度、諧波干(gan)擾等電(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)問題(ti)也(ye)越發嚴重(zhong),這些(xie)問題(ti)不僅在一(yi)定(ding)程度上降低(di)了(le)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)整體效率,還對(dui)整個供電(dian)(dian)系統的(de)(de)(de)純凈度和穩(wen)定(ding)性造(zao)成了(le)影響(xiang),這是要關(guan)注并要解決的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)。 Acrel-2000是利用(yong)智(zhi)能電(dian)(dian)力(li)監測裝置,結合現場(chang)總線(xian)及以太(tai)網(wang)(wang)通信技術,運用(yong)計算機(ji)和軟件技術,綜(zong)合構(gou)成的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)力(li)監控(kong)系統。采(cai)用(yong)分布式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)網(wang)(wang)絡結構(gou),實現了(le)對(dui)企業配電(dian)(dian)終端的(de)(de)(de)管理,實現了(le)對(dui)高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)系統等設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)實時監控(kong)采(cai)集(ji)分析(xi)電(dian)(dian)力(li)數(shu)據。
1 項目概述及建設目標
??北(bei)汽(qi)(qi)云(yun)(yun)南(nan)瑞麗汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)有限公司(簡稱(cheng)“北(bei)汽(qi)(qi)瑞麗公司")成立于2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月20日,由北(bei)汽(qi)(qi)集(ji)團(tuan)、景成集(ji)團(tuan)共同投資組建(jian)(jian),以建(jian)(jian)設(she)年(nian)(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)15萬輛(liang)的(de)北(bei)汽(qi)(qi)云(yun)(yun)南(nan)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業基地(di)為(wei)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標,規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)整車(che)(che)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)、零部件項目(mu)(mu)(mu)、倉(cang)儲物(wu)流項目(mu)(mu)(mu)、綜(zong)合配(pei)套項目(mu)(mu)(mu)。基地(di)位(wei)于國(guo)家(jia)一(yi)類口岸—瑞麗畹町經濟開發區芒滿通(tong)道一(yi)側(ce),項目(mu)(mu)(mu)總占地(di)近2000畝,計劃(hua)(hua)總投資36億(yi)元。項目(mu)(mu)(mu)一(yi)次(ci)規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua),分階(jie)段實施(shi)。一(yi)期規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)年(nian)(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)5萬輛(liang),產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品涵蓋符(fu)合中國(guo)西南(nan)區及(ji)緬甸等(deng)東南(nan)亞(ya)國(guo)家(jia)市場需求的(de)交叉車(che)(che)型微卡、微面等(deng)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che);二期規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)年(nian)(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)10萬輛(liang)乘用(yong)車(che)(che)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)及(ji)零部件、物(wu)流配(pei)套設(she)施(shi)。2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月25日舉(ju)行項目(mu)(mu)(mu)奠基后按規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)(hua)有序推進實施(shi),預計2015年(nian)(nian)(nian)底可出汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品,2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)實現批(pi)量(liang)投產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。 本項目(mu)(mu)(mu)通(tong)過(guo)對北(bei)汽(qi)(qi)瑞麗汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)房內的(de)10KV配(pei)電(dian)(dian)柜內的(de)綜(zong)保進行實時數據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji),并通(tong)過(guo)數據(ju)(ju)處理后實時顯(xian)示一(yi)次(ci)圖狀態以及(ji)各(ge)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)回(hui)路的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流、功率等(deng)信(xin)息,利用(yong)各(ge)回(hui)路的(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)定制電(dian)(dian)能(neng)報(bao)表。
2 電力監控系統的設計
??在監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)中(zhong),要充(chong)分(fen)(fen)考慮客戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際需求,以及電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際載荷能力(li)等(deng)因素,進而合理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選擇監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)設備(bei),這(zhe)既有利于(yu)減少系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成本,同時(shi)(shi)也有利于(yu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)功能的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)現。本項目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),可以實(shi)現對10KV的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)配電(dian)(dian)回路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong),實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)網運行的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)遠程監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)和集中(zhong)管理(li)。另一(yi)方面,電(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)還具(ju)備(bei)網絡通(tong)訊(xun)等(deng)功能,能夠與計(ji)算(suan)機、串口(kou)服務器(qi)等(deng)設備(bei)進行組合,及時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)顯示(shi)(shi)站(zhan)(zhan)內(nei)(nei)各個配電(dian)(dian)回路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai),當站(zhan)(zhan)內(nei)(nei)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)負(fu)載越標時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)能夠迅速報警,發(fa)出(chu)語音提(ti)示(shi)(shi)。另外,電(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)還能夠生(sheng)成報表、曲線圖等(deng)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)計(ji)信息,便于(yu)有關(guan)人員(yuan)(yuan)分(fen)(fen)析站(zhan)(zhan)內(nei)(nei)各部分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)況,使站(zhan)(zhan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)活(huo)動更加安全(quan),從而保證站(zhan)(zhan)內(nei)(nei)人員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)命(ming)安全(quan),提(ti)高(gao)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)工作(zuo)人員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)效率。 2.1 系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)結(jie)構(gou)(gou) ??北汽瑞麗汽車(che)10KV電(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)建設采用(yong)(yong)分(fen)(fen)層分(fen)(fen)布(bu)式結(jie)構(gou)(gou),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)包(bao)括:站(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)管理(li)層、網絡通(tong)訊(xun)層、現場設備(bei)層。系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)網絡結(jie)構(gou)(gou)如圖所示(shi)(shi):
??站控(kong)管(guan)理(li)層(ceng)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員與(yu)計算(suan)機(ji)進行(xing)(xing)人(ren)機(ji)交互的(de)(de)(de)(de)直接(jie)窗口(kou),對采集(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現場(chang)各(ge)(ge)類數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)信(xin)息計算(suan)、分(fen)(fen)析與(yu)處理(li),并以圖形、數(shu)(shu)(shu)顯、聲音(yin)等方(fang)式(shi)反映現場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)況(kuang),是(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)上層(ceng)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)。主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)由(you)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)軟(ruan)件和必要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬件設(she)備,如工(gong)業級(ji)計算(suan)機(ji)、打印機(ji)、UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源等組成(cheng)。 ??通訊層(ceng)使用的(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)備為串口(kou)服務器(qi)。該(gai)層(ceng)是(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)信(xin)息交換的(de)(de)(de)(de)橋梁,負責對現場(chang)設(she)備回送(song)的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)信(xin)息進行(xing)(xing)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)、分(fen)(fen)類和傳送(song)等工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),轉(zhuan)達上位機(ji)對現場(chang)設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)種控(kong)制(zhi)命(ming)令。 現場(chang)設(she)備層(ceng)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是(shi)連接(jie)于網(wang)絡中用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)參(can)(can)量(liang)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)測量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)類型的(de)(de)(de)(de)安科瑞PZ72L-E4/C儀表(biao),也是(shi)構(gou)建該(gai)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)必要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)本組成(cheng)元素。現場(chang)配置(zhi)居(ju)正的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能表(biao),實現低壓回路三(san)(san)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、三(san)(san)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)、功(gong)率(lv)(lv)、四象限電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)參(can)(can)量(liang)監(jian)測;并對每(mei)個回路斷路器(qi)分(fen)(fen)合閘狀(zhuang)態進行(xing)(xing)監(jian)測。 2.2 網(wang)絡設(she)計 ??電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)網(wang)絡系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)能夠(gou)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)進行(xing)(xing)傳輸,并迅速傳遞操(cao)作(zuo)指令,是(shi)實現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)功(gong)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎。把(ba)現場(chang)每(mei)個設(she)備就地(di)與(yu)總(zong)線(xian)連接(jie),之后在把(ba)各(ge)(ge)條總(zong)線(xian)全部(bu)接(jie)入(ru)串口(kou)服務器(qi),來實現與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳遞。 本項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)網(wang)絡設(she)計為:每(mei)個配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)房內(nei)(nei)設(she)計一(yi)個數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)箱,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)儀表(biao)通過RS485總(zong)線(xian)接(jie)入(ru)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)箱內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi),通過光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)轉(zhuan)換器(qi)轉(zhuan)換為光(guang)信(xin)號,通過光(guang)纖(xian)傳輸到值(zhi)班室內(nei)(nei),再通過值(zhi)班室內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)轉(zhuan)換器(qi)接(jie)入(ru)站控(kong)層(ceng)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)監(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)。 2.3監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)軟(ruan)件功(gong)能設(she)計 ??系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)依(yi)據(ju)(ju)客戶實際需求進行(xing)(xing)設(she)計,并實現了(le)一(yi)次(ci)主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)線(xian)圖界(jie)面顯示;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)參(can)(can)量(liang)遙測及(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)參(can)(can)量(liang)越(yue)限報(bao)警;事件記錄;系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)運行(xing)(xing)異常(chang)監(jian)測;故障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)警及(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)記錄;報(bao)表(biao)查(cha)詢與(yu)打印;系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)負荷實時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、歷史曲線(xian),用戶權限管(guan)理(li)等主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)功(gong)能。 2.3.1數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)與(yu)處理(li) ??數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)包括(kuo)模擬量(liang)以及(ji)開(kai)關量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)。模擬量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是(shi)對線(xian)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、功(gong)率(lv)(lv)、功(gong)率(lv)(lv)因數(shu)(shu)(shu)、頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)等信(xin)息進行(xing)(xing)采集(ji)(ji)(ji),開(kai)關量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)則主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是(shi)對斷路器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態,以及(ji)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護、運行(xing)(xing)故障(zhang)(zhang)等報(bao)警信(xin)息進行(xing)(xing)采集(ji)(ji)(ji),實現遠程數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)本地(di)實時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)顯示。數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)處理(li)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是(shi)把(ba)按要(yao)(yao)求采集(ji)(ji)(ji)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)參(can)(can)量(liang)實時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)準確(que)的(de)(de)(de)(de)顯示給(gei)用戶,達到配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)控(kong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)自動化化要(yao)(yao)求,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)存入(ru)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)庫供(gong)用戶查(cha)詢。
2.3.2數(shu)據報表(biao)(biao)統(tong)(tong)計 電(dian)(dian)(dian)力監控系(xi)統(tong)(tong)以豐富的數(shu)據報表(biao)(biao)體(ti)現計量(liang)體(ti)系(xi)的完整(zheng)性。系(xi)統(tong)(tong)具備各(ge)回(hui)(hui)路定(ding)時(shi)抄表(biao)(biao)匯總統(tong)(tong)計功(gong)能,用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)可自(zi)由(you)查詢自(zi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)正常運行(xing)以來任(ren)意時(shi)間段(duan)內各(ge)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)節點的用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)情況,即該(gai)節點進線用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)與各(ge)分支回(hui)(hui)路消耗電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)的統(tong)(tong)計分析報表(biao)(biao)。該(gai)功(gong)能使得用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)可視透明,并在用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)誤差偏大(da)時(shi)可追溯,維(wei)護(hu)計量(liang)體(ti)系(xi)的正確性。
2.3.3電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)曲線查詢(xun) 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力監控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)對(dui)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)總進線回(hui)路(或(huo)重要負荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)出線)設計了負荷(he)趨勢曲線。便(bian)于配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)維(wei)護人員(yuan)及時(shi)(shi)掌握(wo)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)需求(qiu)與供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)負荷(he)占比,確保(bao)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)可靠性,為用(yong)戶單位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)能權(quan)益提(ti)供保(bao)障。借助該功(gong)(gong)能,還可分析用(yong)能需量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)長趨勢,適時(shi)(shi)調整需量(liang)申報,減(jian)少因需量(liang)偏差過大造成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)多余繳(jiao)費(fei)。其(qi)次(ci),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力監控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)數據記錄(lu)功(gong)(gong)能也包括對(dui)故障信息的(de)(de)(de)記錄(lu),即對(dui)故障發生時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)實時(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)、實時(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等數據進行記錄(lu)存儲。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力監控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)能通過管理人員(yuan)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)及功(gong)(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)設置,從而實時(shi)(shi)監測配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)情(qing)況,是否出現短路或(huo)者超負荷(he)等情(qing)況,便(bian)于工作人員(yuan)解決。
2.3.4用(yong)戶(hu)權(quan)限(xian)(xian)管(guan)理 電力監控系統為(wei)了本項目系統安(an)全穩定運(yun)行,用(yong)戶(hu)權(quan)限(xian)(xian)管(guan)理能夠防止未經授(shou)權(quan)的(de)操作(如配電回(hui)路名(ming)稱修(xiu)改)。可(ke)以定義不同級別用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)登錄名(ming)、密碼及操作權(quan)限(xian)(xian),為(wei)系統運(yun)行維護管(guan)理通過可(ke)靠的(de)安(an)全保障。
