注:單相導軌式電能表應安裝(zhuang)在(zai)室內(nei)通風干(gan)燥(zao)的地方,采用(yong) 35mm 標準導軌方式安裝(zhuang)。安裝(zhuang)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)時應 按(an)照電能表側面的接(jie)(jie)線(xian)圖進(jin)行接(jie)(jie)線(xian),最好用(yong)銅接(jie)(jie)線(xian)頭(tou)接(jie)(jie)入,接(jie)(jie)線(xian)力矩不應大于(yu) 4.0N·m。
6.1 輔(fu)助電源(yuan)故 障 故障表(biao)(biao)現(xian):儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)通電后(hou)閃(shan)爍、不亮等。 故障排除:1.檢查輔(fu)助電源(yuan)的接線(xian)與(yu)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的接線(xian)圖是(shi)否一(yi)致,接線(xian)是(shi)否有(you)松(song)動或脫落現(xian) 象;2.使用萬用表(biao)(biao)測量輔(fu)助電源(yuan)輸入電壓(ya)值是(shi)否在儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)正常工作電壓(ya)值范圍內。
6.2 信號(hao)輸入故障 故障表(biao)(biao)現(xian):儀表(biao)(biao)通電(dian)后顯(xian)示(shi)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)或電(dian)能計(ji)數不(bu)準。 故障排除:將儀表(biao)(biao)顯(xian)示(shi)界(jie)面切換至功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv) P、功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因數 PF)界(jie)面,檢(jian)查功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)顯(xian) 示(shi)是否為(wei)負(fu)以(yi)及功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因數是否在(zai) 0.60-0.95 之間,后再(zai)檢(jian)查電(dian)流(liu)信號(hao)線進、出線是否接反(即 電(dian)流(liu)的(de)進線一定要與儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)進線端(duan)一致(zhi)),與儀表(biao)(biao)上(shang)的(de)接線圖一致(zhi)。
6.3 通(tong)(tong)訊故(gu)障 故(gu)障表現:儀表通(tong)(tong)電(dian)后無法與上位(wei)機正常通(tong)(tong)訊。 故(gu)障排除: 1.測量儀表通(tong)(tong)訊輸出(chu) A、B 之間的電(dian)壓值應(ying)在+(4.0-5.0)V 之間; 2.檢(jian)查通(tong)(tong)訊接(jie)線方式是否按照接(jie)線圖(tu)要求正確(que)接(jie)線(即(ji)儀表的通(tong)(tong)訊接(jie)線端子 A/B 要與通(tong)(tong)訊串口 A/B 相對應(ying));
常用電能表的分類:
(1)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表按(an)其使用的電(dian)(dian)路(lu)可分(fen)為直流電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表和交流電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表。交流電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表按(an)其相(xiang)線又可分(fen)為單相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表、三相(xiang)三線電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表和三相(xiang)四線電(dian)(dian)能(neng)表。
(2)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)按其(qi)工作(zuo)原理(li)可(ke)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣機械式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)(又稱靜(jing)止式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)、固態(tai)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao))。電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣機械式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)用(yong)于(yu)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)路作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)普(pu)通的電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)測(ce)量儀表(biao),其(qi)中的是感應型電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)可(ke)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)全電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)和機電(dian)(dian)(dian)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)。
(3)電能表(biao)按其結構可分為(wei)整體(ti)式(shi)電能表(biao)和分體(ti)式(shi)電能表(biao)。
(4)電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)按其用(yong)途可分(fen)為有功電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)、無功電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)、大需(xu)量表(biao)(biao)、標準電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)、復費(fei)率分(fen)時電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)、預付費(fei)電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)、損耗電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)和多功能(neng)(neng)(neng)電能(neng)(neng)(neng)表(biao)(biao)等。
(5)電能表按其準確度等級(ji)(ji)可分為普通(tong)安裝式電能表(0.2、0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0級(ji)(ji))和(he)攜帶式精密級(ji)(ji)電能表(0.01、0.02、0.05、0.1、0.2級(ji)(ji))。
