摘要:隨著中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)經濟(ji)的高(gao)速(su)發展(zhan)、城鎮(zhen)(zhen)化(hua)率的不斷提高(gao),中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)城鎮(zhen)(zhen)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積逐年(nian)(nian)增加,同(tong)時建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的高(gao)能(neng)耗(hao)(hao)問題也變得日益凸顯(xian)。數(shu)據顯(xian)示:截止至2013年(nian)(nian)底(di),中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(城鎮(zhen)(zhen)和(he)鄉村)既有建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積已達500億平方米以上。另據住(zhu)房和(he)城鄉建(jian)(jian)設部數(shu)據顯(xian)示,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)運行(xing)能(neng)耗(hao)(hao)約占(zhan)全(quan)社會總(zong)(zong)能(neng)耗(hao)(hao)的27.5%,其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)大型(xing)公共建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)總(zong)(zong)面(mian)(mian)積不足城鎮(zhen)(zhen)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)總(zong)(zong)面(mian)(mian)積的4%,但總(zong)(zong)能(neng)耗(hao)(hao)卻(que)占(zhan)全(quan)國(guo)城鎮(zhen)(zhen)總(zong)(zong)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量的22%,大型(xing)公共建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)單位面(mian)(mian)積年(nian)(nian)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量達到70~300KWh,為普通(tong)(tong)居(ju)民(min)住(zhu)宅的10~20倍。本(ben)文就上海國(guo)際醫學(xue)中(zhong)(zhong)心配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統做一(yi)簡單介紹,本(ben)系(xi)統采(cai)用智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力儀表采(cai)集(ji)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現(xian)場的各種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)參量和(he)開關信號。系(xi)統采(cai)用現(xian)場就地組網(wang)(wang)的方式(shi),組網(wang)(wang)后通(tong)(tong)過(guo)現(xian)場總(zong)(zong)線通(tong)(tong)訊并(bing)遠(yuan)傳至后臺,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)安科瑞配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統實(shi)現(xian)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的實(shi)時監(jian)控(kong)。

0 引言
智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網是當前國(guo)際國(guo)內新技術和(he)新產業(ye)發展的熱(re)點。根據(ju)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網研究框架(jia)體系(xi),智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網建設主要(yao)抓(zhua)住發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)調度六(liu)個環(huan)節。“配用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)"環(huan)節即(ji)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)端(duan)。用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)端(duan)消耗(hao)著整個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網80%的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)端(duan)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理(li)對用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)可(ke)靠(kao)、安全、節約(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)有十分重(zhong)要(yao)的意(yi)義(yi)。構建智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)服務體系(xi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)儀表以(yi)及智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理(li)終端(duan)設備,實現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網與用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的雙(shuang)向良性互動。上海地區(qu)(qu)已(yi)經初步建設了區(qu)(qu)域能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)平臺,通過(guo)各個區(qu)(qu)域大型(xing)商業(ye)建筑,公共建筑上傳的能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)數據(ju),實時掌握(wo)整個地區(qu)(qu)的能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)情(qing)況,指導(dao)區(qu)(qu)域各終端(duan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng),在用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高(gao)峰期合理(li)分配能(neng)(neng)源走(zou)向,培養用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)合理(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)意(yi)識,規范區(qu)(qu)域用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng),對惡性負載(zai)和(he)不合理(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng)的處罰(fa)提供(gong)相(xiang)應的數據(ju)依據(ju)。
安(an)科瑞配電(dian)(dian)監(jian)(jian)控系統正是針對(dui)以(yi)上趨勢而研發的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)戶(hu)端配電(dian)(dian)監(jian)(jian)控系統。本(ben)系統通過對(dui)上海(hai)國際(ji)醫學(xue)中(zhong)心變(bian)電(dian)(dian)所內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)部分(fen)重要回(hui)路進行計(ji)量,通過對(dui)監(jian)(jian)測回(hui)路用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量的(de)(de)(de)實時計(ji)量、存儲、分(fen)析,以(yi)表格或(huo)圖形(xing)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式來顯示整個(ge)計(ji)量體系用(yong)電(dian)(dian)狀況,找出高能耗(hao)點或(huo)不合(he)理用(yong)能習慣,為有效節約能源(yuan),用(yong)戶(hu)進一步節能改(gai)造或(huo)設備升級提供準確的(de)(de)(de)數據(ju)支撐。
本文(wen)以上海(hai)國(guo)際(ji)醫學中心(xin)為例,簡(jian)單介紹(shao)安科瑞(rui)配電監控(kong)系統在上海(hai)國(guo)際(ji)醫學中心(xin)配電系統中的應(ying)用。
1 項目介紹
上(shang)(shang)海國(guo)際(ji)醫(yi)學中(zhong)心(SIMC)位于浦東(dong)新區的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)海國(guo)際(ji)醫(yi)學園區內(nei)的(de)(de)國(guo)際(ji)醫(yi)院區,是一所包含(han)外科(ke)(ke)、內(nei)科(ke)(ke)、婦產科(ke)(ke)、兒科(ke)(ke)、 眼科(ke)(ke)、耳鼻喉科(ke)(ke)、口腔(qiang)科(ke)(ke)、醫(yi)療美容、內(nei)窺中(zhong)心、生殖中(zhong)心、健(jian)康體檢科(ke)(ke)等科(ke)(ke)室的(de)(de)綜合型(xing)國(guo)際(ji)醫(yi)院,設有450張病床,其中(zhong)包括100張ICU和HDU。 病房將(jiang)以單(dan)人間和雙人間為主,并將(jiang)導入(ru)“3H"(Hospital醫(yi)院、Hotel賓館(guan)、Home家)醫(yi)療模式,提供溫馨的(de)(de)國(guo)際(ji)規范化服務(wu)。醫(yi)院將(jiang)由新加坡百匯(hui)醫(yi)療集團管理(li)經(jing)營,計(ji)劃2014年3月28日(ri)試運營,6月正式運營。
本項目主要(yao)針對國際醫學中心的(de)(de)1#、2#變電(dian)所內的(de)(de)進線回路(lu)(lu)和饋(kui)線回路(lu)(lu)進行電(dian)力數據的(de)(de)實時監控,再已經相關(guan)建(jian)筑(zhu)能(neng)耗的(de)(de)分類、分項標準對用能(neng)進行整(zheng)理,整(zheng)理的(de)(de)數據根(gen)據浦東(dong)公(gong)共建(jian)筑(zhu)能(neng)耗平臺要(yao)求上傳。
2 用戶需求
①標準的(de)(de)變配電(dian)(dian)系統具有(you)CAD一次(ci)單線(xian)圖(tu)顯(xian)示中、低壓配電(dian)(dian)網絡的(de)(de)接線(xian)情況:龐(pang)大的(de)(de)系統具有(you)多畫(hua)面(mian)切換及畫(hua)面(mian)導航(hang)的(de)(de)功(gong)能;分(fen)散的(de)(de)配電(dian)(dian)系統具有(you)空間(jian)地(di)理平面(mian)的(de)(de)系統主(zhu)畫(hua)面(mian)。主(zhu)畫(hua)面(mian)可以(yi)顯(xian)示各(ge)個(ge)回路(lu)的(de)(de)運行狀態,并(bing)具有(you)回路(lu)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)、非(fei)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)機故障著色的(de)(de)功(gong)能。主(zhu)要(yao)電(dian)(dian)參(can)量直接顯(xian)示于(yu)人機交互界面(mian)并(bing)實時(shi)刷新。
②軟件可(ke)對不同(tong)級(ji)別的(de)用戶(hu)賦予不同(tong)權限,從而保證系統在運行過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)安(an)全性和可(ke)靠(kao)性。
③電壓、電流、功率(lv)、功率(lv)因數(shu)及頻率(lv)等(deng)監測信息實時(shi)刷新,并(bing)以一(yi)次圖(tu)形式(shi)直觀動態顯示(shi)(shi)。各(ge)回(hui)路(lu)子(zi)畫(hua)面上顯示(shi)(shi)該回(hui)路(lu)各(ge)電參量、回(hui)路(lu)名(ming)稱、CT變比、電流越限(xian)值及開關狀(zhuang)態等(deng)信息,且可(ke)實現數(shu)據的轉發上傳。
④對其負載(zai)繪制電(dian)(dian)流趨勢曲線,便于(yu)分析該(gai)回路配電(dian)(dian)運(yun)行工(gong)況
⑤越限(xian)報警,針對客戶的特定回路來設置(zhi)越限(xian)報警
⑥對(dui)各回路(lu)的電(dian)(dian)能集抄功能,并(bing)自動生成符合(he)客戶(hu)管理需求的用電(dian)(dian)報(bao)表
⑦報警事件(jian)記錄,便(bian)于維(wei)護人員來根據事件(jian)發(fa)生的時間(jian)性質對(dui)電路進行(xing)維(wei)護。
⑧系統以Web發布后可進行遠程網絡訪(fang)問,且可通過Internet訪(fang)問。
⑨系統的部分能耗(hao)數據須(xu)上傳至上海浦(pu)東區域能耗(hao)平臺。

3.2系統架構設計
鑒(jian)于上(shang)(shang)海(hai)國(guo)際醫(yi)學中(zhong)心的(de)建(jian)筑規模、性質,以(yi)及后續項目的(de)可連(lian)帶(dai)發展的(de)性質,安(an)科瑞電氣(qi)股份有(you)限公(gong)司系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)部根據(ju)(ju)(ju)用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)幾點需求(qiu)以(yi)及在(zai)相同(tong)性質工程中(zhong)的(de)經驗,對(dui)該建(jian)筑的(de)智能(neng)配電系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)搭建(jian)做以(yi)下設計(ji):上(shang)(shang)海(hai)國(guo)際醫(yi)學中(zhong)心所有(you)監(jian)控點位現(xian)(xian)已安(an)裝智能(neng)電力儀(yi)表(biao),且均采用(yong)標準的(de)Modbus-RTU協議。將(jiang)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)安(an)裝的(de)智能(neng)儀(yi)表(biao)通(tong)過(guo)屏蔽雙絞線以(yi)手(shou)拉手(shou)式相連(lian),數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)總線直接鋪設至(zhi)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)所在(zai)的(de)值班室。數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)總線通(tong)過(guo)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)采集器將(jiang)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)傳輸至(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)。系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)示意圖(tu)1所示。

4 系統功能
上位機軟件(jian)采用安科(ke)瑞自(zi)主研發的配電監控系統,通過軟件(jian)進行設(she)備配置、數據(ju)庫變量配置、界(jie)面設(she)計(ji)等,完成了在上位機軟件(jian)監控及(ji)電力監控的功能。
4.1 功能特點
安科瑞配電(dian)監(jian)控系(xi)統采用全(quan)中文界(jie)面,操作(zuo)簡單方便(bian);運(yun)行穩定(ding)可(ke)靠的(de)特點。點擊相應快捷按(an)鈕即(ji)可(ke)進入(ru)相應的(de)系(xi)統功(gong)能模(mo)塊;系(xi)統具有一次系(xi)統圖顯(xian)示(shi),模(mo)擬圖顯(xian)示(shi)和網絡結(jie)構圖顯(xian)示(shi);系(xi)統具有人機界(jie)面友好,顯(xian)示(shi)數據直觀,方便(bian)用戶查閱。
4.2系統功能簡介:
4.2.1登陸界面
軟件的界(jie)面(mian)可以根據(ju)項目的特點和客戶(hu)的要(yao)求來設計。初始界(jie)面(mian)為“登錄界(jie)面(mian)",選擇用(yong)戶(hu)名,輸入相應密碼,則(ze)(ze)進入查看數(shu)據(ju),否則(ze)(ze)無法查看數(shu)據(ju)。
4.2.2通訊(xun)示意圖
通訊(xun)(xun)示(shi)(shi)意圖(tu)為拓撲(pu)圖(tu),顯示(shi)(shi)系統(tong)與儀表的通訊(xun)(xun)是否正(zheng)常。其(qi)中(zhong)紅色表示(shi)(shi)正(zheng)常通訊(xun)(xun),綠色表示(shi)(shi)通訊(xun)(xun)中(zhong)斷。界面如圖(tu)所示(shi)(shi)。

4.2.3配電系統圖
配(pei)電系(xi)統圖顯示(shi)整個(ge)配(pei)電系(xi)統的整體架(jia)構(gou),便于管理人員快速了(le)解配(pei)電系(xi)統的組織(zhi)結構(gou),參(can)數界面實時顯示(shi)的電力(li)參(can)數數據可以反映(ying)配(pei)電系(xi)統的運行狀(zhuang)態。配(pei)電系(xi)統界面如圖4所示(shi),詳細參(can)數如圖所示(shi)。
由(you)圖4、圖5就可以(yi)看出整個配電(dian)系統的分(fen)布、運行狀態以(yi)及以(yi)及主要(yao)的電(dian)參量。主要(yao)的電(dian)參量數(shu)據包括(kuo)三(san)項電(dian)流(liu),三(san)項電(dian)壓(ya),進線回路的功勞、電(dian)能、功率因數(shu)、回路名稱以(yi)及出現(xian)回路的相應電(dian)參量。
4.2.4 電參量報(bao)表
電參量報表主(zhu)要的數(shu)據包括:三相電壓,三相電流,電能,有(you)功功率(lv)(lv),無功功率(lv)(lv),功率(lv)(lv)補償(chang)因(yin)數(shu),頻率(lv)(lv)。
該(gai)報表可以(yi)實現(xian)系統運行(xing)期間的任意(yi)時間抄表等功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng),將(jiang)每塊(kuai)電表的顯(xian)(xian)示數(shu)據以(yi)報表形式呈(cheng)現(xian),選擇相應(ying)的柜體(ti),再選擇要查(cha)詢(xun)的時間,即可顯(xian)(xian)示電壓,電流,有(you)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)補償因數(shu),頻率(lv)(lv)。界面如圖所示
報表(biao)打印(yin):打印(yin)當前報表(biao)的數據(ju);
數據保存(cun):將當前報表(biao)以Excel表(biao)格(ge)形式(shi)導出到所選擇(ze)的位置。
4.2.5 電能報表
電(dian)(dian)能報表(biao)(biao)將(jiang)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)回路(lu)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量報表(biao)(biao)形(xing)式呈現,該報表(biao)(biao)可(ke)以實現系統運行期間的(de)任意時(shi)間段(duan)(duan)內的(de)月抄(chao)表(biao)(biao),日抄(chao)表(biao)(biao),小時(shi)抄(chao)表(biao)(biao)等功能,如(ru)下圖所(suo)示選擇回路(lu),設定開(kai)始時(shi)間和(he)結束時(shi)間,點擊“查詢(xun)"按(an)鈕,即可(ke)顯示此(ci)時(shi)間段(duan)(duan)內的(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量,也可(ke)以Excel形(xing)式導出或打印。界面如(ru)圖所(suo)示。
4.2.6 電流曲線
電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)配(pei)電(dian)系(xi)統的(de)重要(yao)電(dian)力參數。本系(xi)統為重要(yao)回(hui)路設計了(le)電(dian)流(liu)曲(qu)線,此曲(qu)線可(ke)以設置查詢時(shi)間,還(huan)可(ke)以任意放大、縮(suo)小(xiao)某區間內的(de)曲(qu)線,便于管理人員準確明了(le)的(de)掌握系(xi)統的(de)運行(xing)狀態。界面如圖所示。
4.2.7實時(shi)報警和歷史報警
本(ben)系(xi)統還針對(dui)主要電參量的(de)遙(yao)測(ce)量(包括進線(xian)回(hui)路(lu)的(de)電流(liu)、電壓、頻率(lv)、功率(lv)因素和出線(xian)回(hui)路(lu)的(de)電流(liu)越線(xian)報(bao)警(jing)(jing))。也能點擊打(da)開歷史報(bao)警(jing)(jing)調出歷史報(bao)警(jing)(jing)界面。實(shi)時報(bao)警(jing)(jing)主要分為遙(yao)測(ce)和遙(yao)信實(shi)時報(bao)警(jing)(jing)。
報警(jing)功能能夠幫助管(guan)理人員在較短的時間內定位故(gu)障點位,提高了(le)故(gu)障的排查效率,保障配電系統的長(chang)期穩定運行。
